2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account and use any service on bk33, you must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. bk33 reserves the right to verify your age at any time and may restrict account activity until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, or opening an account using another family member's details, is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. bk33 reserves the right to immediately close any account created with incorrect or false information. If any of your details change, please notify the support team without delay.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your account username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the bk33 support team immediately. bk33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a breach of your account credentials.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

bk33 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents for verification:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• OTP to verify your active mobile number
• Proof of ownership of the withdrawal method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account)

Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete. bk33 may request additional documents at any time for legal or security reasons and may restart the verification process if necessary.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The methods currently available for depositing funds on bk33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though delays may occur if verification is required.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before making a withdrawal, ensure that your account is fully verified and that the wagering conditions of any active bonus have been met. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit. bk33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To become eligible to withdraw this bonus, wagering of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, wagering of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may be claimed only once.
• Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• bk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• The terms of promotional offers apply separately to each individual offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Weekly cashback is available across four tiers of the bk33 VIP program: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated on the week's net loss at the applicable rate.

Example: a Gold tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Regular activity and gaming are required to advance to higher tiers.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operation

All games available on bk33 are operated through third-party software providers. Each game's own rules and RTP (Return to Player) information are available within the game. Game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error, disconnection, or server issue during a game, bk33 will investigate the situation and provide an appropriate resolution. bk33 reserves the right to void any incorrect payment or winning amount displayed as a result of a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

When participating in sports betting, the specific rules of each event apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed after a bet has been accepted, the stake will be refunded. If match-fixing or any other unfair means of gaining advantage is attempted, the account will be permanently closed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk33 platform:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Betting or gaming using software bots or automated methods.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical error in the platform.
• Threatening or engaging in misconduct towards other users.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources onto the platform.
• Colluding with any party to manipulate outcomes.

In the event of a violation of these rules, bk33 may immediately close the account and forfeit the associated balance. bk33 also reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by bk33

bk33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Order from a court or administrative authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining real money balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance for which wagering conditions have not been met will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

bk33 uses SSL encryption and other technical measures to ensure the highest level of security. However, bk33 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence or a password breach.
• Failure or delay by a third-party payment system.
• Loss of a game or bet due to an internet disconnection.
• Service unavailability during unplanned server maintenance.
• Financial loss arising from gaming, which is entirely the result of the user's own decisions.
